We participate in the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) annual ‘Diversity in the Legal Profession’ data collection exercise. As part of this, we are required to publish a summary of our workforce diversity data. Everyone who works at the firm is invited to complete the data collection exercise and, in the 2022 survey, 100% of those eligible completed it.

All staff receive regular trainings on diversity policy to ensure they appreciate our standards and understand the behaviour expected from them. Everyone in the team is encouraged to actively promote our standards and values in this regard.
